lovingly handmade from start to finish. However, we will always try our best to complete your order as quickly as possible, whilst maintaining a high quality.

Ready to ship orders will be dispatched the next working day.

‘Ready to ship’ means products which are uploaded in batches
due to being unique one-off designs. This includes our hand embroidered keyrings, bookmarks, and hanging decorations.

In the interest of being planet friendly, all other products
are made to order to reduce waste.

Therefore, the processing times for these products are 3-5 working days.

 This includes cleansing pads, pouches, dishcloths and heat mats.

The processing times for custom orders are 5-7 working days from the day of ordering to allow time for designing and making your custom
item.
